How long does shipping take within India?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for major metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (including Google Pay and PhonePe), Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or if the wrong product was delivered. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Is Liquid I.V. suitable for children?
Liquid I.V. is generally safe for children, but we always recommend consulting with your pediatrician before introducing any new dietary supplement into your child's routine.
How should I store my Liquid I.V. packets?
For optimal freshness, store your packets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate the powder packets.
